Are your products safe for sensitive eyes?

What adhesives do you offer?

We offer a variety of adhesives, including:

Fast-Drying Adhesives: For experienced artists, with drying times as quick as 0.3 seconds.

Low-Fume Adhesives: Designed for sensitive clients.

Strong Retention Adhesives: Perfect for long-lasting lash extensions, up to 6-8 weeks.

What pre-application care products do you provide?

Our care range includes:

Lash Cleansers: Removes oils and residues for better bonding.

Primers: Prepares natural lashes for maximum adhesive retention.

Removers: Safely dissolves adhesive without damaging natural lashes.

What lash extensions are available?

Our lash extensions come in a variety of:

Curls: C, CC, D, DD, L, LD, LC, M, J, B and more.

Lengths: Most are from 8mm to 15mm, and we have other lenghts to ensure versatility for all lash styles.

Colors: Classic black, brown, and vibrant colors for creative looks.

Thicknesses: Ranging from 0.02mm to 0.20mm to cater to natural and dramatic styles.

Are your lashes made from real mink?

No, all of our lashes are synthetic fibers that mimic mink or silk, ensuring they are cruelty-free while providing a soft, natural look.

How long do lash extensions typically last?

With proper application and care, lash extensions can last 4-6 weeks. Regular fills every 2-3 weeks help maintain a full look.

Shipping & Cancel

Where do you ship from?

Dear, we currently have warehouses in China and the United States. If you need to ship to the United States, we will ship from the mainland United States, and elsewhere we will ship from China.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping address:

DHL/FEDEX :Generally, it takes 3-5 working days.

USPS/Yun Express :Generally, it takes 10-15 working days.

Which country and region can you ship to?

We can ship to any country, except India and Brazil.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount!

1. For the United States, new customers get free shipping on their first order over $49. We also provide free shipping coupons for you to use. 

2. For countries outside the United States, we offer free standard shipping, and you can enjoy fast shipping methods for orders over $99.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can help! Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
